Polygon Developer Accuses Trump-Linked WLFI of Stealing Funds
World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a cryptocurrency project associated with the Trump family, faces allegations of freezing hundreds of investor wallets. Bruno Skvorc, a developer relations specialist at Polygon, claims WLFI unlawfully locked his tokens and those of five other investors, failing to deliver promised 20% unlocks.
Skvorc shared an email from WLFI's compliance team labeling his wallet as "high risk" due to blockchain exposure. "They stole my money, and because it's the @POTUS family, I can't do anything about it," he stated on X. The incident raises questions about trust and the balance between security measures and investor rights in crypto projects.
